Mission Statement:

When people give me the opportunity to enrich their lives with something as life-changing as a fitness program can be, I take the responsibility to fulfill their expectations seriously. I want to give them MORE than they expect. I want every workout to be a unique experience; I want it to be challenging; I want it to be fun; I want it to be safe; and I also want it to be educational and empowering. I believe my philosophy can be summed up in these few words:

 

"My goal is to empower clients to embrace regular fitness as a lifestyle for long-term health. Knowledge builds confidence, so I take the time to explain the fundamentals of exercise. I deliver results by teaching techniques that guarantee the most from every rep of every set."

 

"With an emphasis on safe and effective execution, I progressively introduce a wide variety of appropriate goal-specific exercises. This keeps the body physically challenged to achieve maximum results while also providing the mental stimulation to keep workouts both refreshing and fun."

My Purpose

As your Personal Trainer I must be able to:

Provide my clients with knowledge, skills, guidance, support and motivation so they achieve their own full fitness potential and enhance the quality of their lives.

Offer safe and effective programs tailored to the individual.

Develop fun, effective and efficient exercise programs that offer variety and meet my clients’ needs.

Incorporate a balanced, full-service approach to health and fitness that encompasses cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, nutrition, stress and lifestyle considerations.

Act as an aid in the rehabilitation of clients experiencing pain and injury.

Network with allied health professionals regarding the care of a client and incorporate recommendations as needed.

Establish a warm, receptive and non-intimidating environment that facilitates and enhances the learning process.

 

My Responsibility to You

To express myself as a confident, competent and committed Health and Exercise Specialist whose primary focus is to enhance the quality of your life and vitality.

To remain certified and updated on all current research and fitness trends.

To uphold professional integrity through my conduct, appearance and respect for my clientele, other Personal Trainers as well as other health professionals and organizations within the profession.

When you make the commitment to Personal Training, it becomes my responsibility to take care of your health and fitness. This includes nutritional guidelines and a complete fitness regime. You are an individual and will be treated as so with your own tailored program designed for you, the individual.
