Learn how to run from PEI's 2018 Road Runner of the year and award-winning Personal Trainer Doris Ward.
As a group we meet once a week to enjoy a warm up, run/walk and a cool down complete with stretches. Weekly inspirational emails will be part of this program as will tips on cross training, stretching, general nutrition, balance & stability and hydration. This is your 8- week group training program that safely progresses your speed and stamina while your learn to listen to your body's intuition through tuning into sensations through the mind-body connection.

Personalized running plan tailored to your goals, fitness level and overall needs. We work as a team to work week by week towards that big day of running a race or set distance or time!
