As a group we meet once a week to enjoy a warm up, run/walk and a cool down. Weekly inspirational emails will be part of this program as will tips on cross training, stretching, nutrition, balance & stability and hydration. 8 week program that safely progresses while your learn to listen to your bodys intuition.

Personalized running plan tailored to your goals, fitness level and overall needs. We work as a team to work week by week towards that big day of running a race or set distance or time!
